We're looking for a confident, adaptable Total Rewards Specialist to take the lead on benefits and well-being programmes across the UK, Europe, and beyond. This is a fully autonomous role in a fast-paced, professional services environment where no two days are the same. You'll have the freedom to bring bold ideas to life, backed by the support of a collaborative, international HR team. What you'll be doing * Owning benefits and well-being strategy for multiple regions - from renewals to exciting new launches. * Partnering with vendors, HR, Payroll, and Finance to make sure everything runs like clockwork. * Keeping us ahead of the curve with market benchmarking and compensation insights. * Communicating benefits in a way that gets people engaged (yes, benefits can be exciting!). * Playing a key role in attraction and retention - because great benefits are a big reason people join and stay. What we're looking for * Experience in professional services (law, accountancy, consultancy) or an exceptional track record in benefits. * A benefits heavyweight with UK expertise and knowledge of European/Asian markets. * Confident with vendor management, wellness programmes, and compensation benchmarking. * Adaptable, personable, and able to flex your style to suit different stakeholders. * Advanced Excel skills and ideally some Workday know-how.
