The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts.
This role does not require travel.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Lead the analysis and planning of business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.\n\n * Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies to enhance operational efficiency.\n\n * Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance to ensure adherence\n\n * to industry standards.\n\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.\n\n * Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.\n\n * Develop detailed project plans to guide the implementation of business\n\n * solutions.\n\n * Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and\n\n * feedback.\n\n * Create comprehensive business analysis reports to support decision-making processes.\n\n * Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure\n\n * successful outcomes.\n\n * Ensure that all business analysis activities are conducted in accordance with best practices.\n\n * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and\n\n * ensure satisfaction.\n\n * Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to support business\n\n * planning efforts.\n\n * Provide training and support to junior business analysts to foster their\n\n * professional development.\n\nQualifications\n\n * Possess a strong background in business analysis and planning with at\n\n * least 10 years of experience.\n\n * Demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance within the relevant\n\n * industry.\n\n * Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\n * Show proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques.\n\n * Have experience in leading cross-functional teams.\n\n * Display strong project management skills.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n * Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
