Location: Glasgow / Central Belt (site-based with hybrid working) Contract: Permanent | Full-time | On-call 13 weeks The opportunity We’re working with a large, well-established property and asset management organisation to recruit a Technical Inspector into their technical services function. This is a hands-on role suited to someone from a construction, inspection, or clerk of works background who enjoys being out on site, assessing buildings, identifying issues, and helping ensure properties are safe, compliant and well maintained. You’ll support the management of a diverse non-domestic property portfolio, providing technical advice across inspections, risk, compliance, and remedial works.
