Must-have eligibility
* Right to work in the UK.
* Degree in Chemistry or Materials Science.
* Proven experience in industrial electroplating or metal finishing.
£37,000 per annum plus a quarterly results-based bonus.
What you will work on You will oversee the technical integrity of plating baths and chemical processes to ensure "Right First Time" yields. Your work involves leading New Product Introductions through robust PFMEA development and ensuring the site meets rigorous environmental and IPPC permit standards.
Skills and experience
* Expertise in industrial chemical handling and COSHH protocols.
* Background in developing PFMEA for material processes.
* Experience with wastewater effluent systems and hazardous waste.
* Ability to mentor shop floor operators and troubleshoot finish defects.
