Responsibilities
* Install, maintain and remove temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment
* Undertake traffic counts, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, manage timings and near misses
* Support and guide new trainees
Shift Patterns & Working Hours
* 12 days on, 2 days off – Work for 12 consecutive days followed by a full weekend off, then repeat
* 6 days on, 1 day off – A consistent rotation with one rest day after every six working days
Please note that this role is structured around night shifts and requires working overnight hours.

Role Overview
As a 12AB Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient management of traffic flow on motorways and high-speed dual carriageways, where vehicles travel at significantly higher speeds than on other roads.

Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Valid LANTRA 12AB Qualification
* Flexibility to work stated shift patterns
* Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months
* Within 40 minutes driving distance from the depot
