We’re looking for a strong and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join the school's Additional Resource Provision (ARP). You’ll work closely with children across Key Stage 1 and 2, supporting a range of Special Educational Needs and playing a vital role in their daily progress and confidence.
About the Role:
• Support students within the ARP, focusing on individual needs and progress.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff.
• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all learners.
• May involve some personal care, though not essential.
• Engage with children across varied age groups, adapting to different learning needs.
Requirements
About You:
• Experience in a similar SEN or TA role is essential.
• A relevant SEN or TA qualification is highly beneficial.
• Must be resilient, compassionate, and committed to inclusive learning.
• Able to take initiative and bring energy to your work with children.
