We are working closely alongside with a local authrity in Elmbridge to assist with the appointment of a Address Management Lead- IT on a 12-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £17.26 - £22.77 per hour

Summary:

The Address Management Lead manages the complete lifecycle of address data for two authorities, from the naming of new developments to the rigorous maintenance of the Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG). You will ensure all data meets national standards (BS7666) and "Gold Standard" quality requirements while acting as a key consultant for developers, Royal Mail, and the Valuation Office Agency (VOA). This role requires travel between council offices and various sites to support service delivery.

Responsibilities:

* Lead consultations with homeowners, councillors, emergency services, and developers to resolve addressing anomalies.
* Manage the full application process for new builds, infills, and address changes in line with statutory regulations and Council policies.
* Perform daily maintenance, data matching, and cleansing of the LLPG database.
* Ensure the LLPG is maintained to the "Gold Standard" for data quality as defined by GeoPlace Improvement Schedules.

Qualifications:

* Educated to A-Level standard.

Essentials:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an LLPG or SNN-based role.
* Hands-on experience with Gazetteer Management Systems, DTF, and property lifecycle conventions.
* Exposure to LLPG software (preferably IDOX Uniform or iManage) to maintain address data.
* Must possess a current, valid driving licence to facilitate site visits and travel between council offices.

* You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
* You should have right to work in U.K
* This role requires an Basic DBS
