About the Role
Our client is seeking a Building Safety Officer to join their Asset and Compliance team for a short-term assignment. This is a new role within the team and plays a vital part in ensuring their buildings remain safe and compliant through a regular programme of checks and inspections.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct routine checks and inspections across properties in Bournemouth.
* Ensure fire alarms and other building safety systems are functioning correctly.
* Maintain compliance with safety regulations and internal standards.
* Report and elevate any safety concerns promptly.

* Knowledge of building safety and compliance standards.
* Ability to carry out inspections and record findings accurately.
