Position Overview: As a Lettings Negotiator, you will oversee the complete lettings process. Your role involves working closely with landlords and tenants, booking property viewings and valuations, and negotiating terms to ensure successful tenancy agreements. This position requires a strong understanding of the property market, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Book property viewings with prospective tenants. Negotiate rental terms and conditions on behalf of landlords and tenants. Secure agreements and ensure all necessary documentation are completed accurately. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Provide expert advice to landlords on market conditions, property presentation, and pricing. Assist tenants in finding suitable rental properties. Ensure all lettings processes comply with current legislation and company policies. Prepare tenancy agreements and other relevant documentation. Oversee referencing and credit checks for prospective tenants. Manage deposit registrations and ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes. Prepare marketing materials and listings for new properties. Utilise various channels to advertise available properties. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process. Handle and resolve any queries or issues from landlords and tenants. Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications & Experience: Must have lettings experience, ideally 1 year Driving license and own transport, proffered Customer service skills are essential Excellent communicator both written and verbally Well organised and able to work under pressure and to deadline Team player as well as being able to work on your own Professional, positive and enthusiastic Good attention to detail is crucial Have a clear focus on providing a first-class service to your clients PC literate
