Our client, a well-established manufacturing business based near Stamford at their Tallington site, is currently looking to recruit Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or warehouse experience who are looking for stable, long-term employment within a busy and supportive environment.
The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Operating machinery and equipment safely in line with company procedures
* Assembly work and general production duties
* Palletising large components
* Picking and packing small parts accurately from bills of materials and instructions
* Supporting different production departments as required
* Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
* Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
* Working to production deadlines and targets
* Working both independently and as part of a wider production team
What We're Looking For
* Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good reliability, attendance and timekeeping
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work effectively within a team or independently
* Comfortable working rotating shifts
Working Hours
Rotating weekly shifts:
* Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
* Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay
* £14.21 per hour
