While this position sits at Senior level, the business is very open to candidates who may be slightly below senior grade, provided they can clearly demonstrate strong electrical capability, practical experience, and the appetite to develop further into design.This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on engineers who want to transition into electrical design, as well as experienced design engineers seeking flexibility and technical ownership.Formal qualifications are preferred but not essential. Real-world experience and technical competence are equally valued.
