About the Course
BN11 3LA. This is an exciting role that will include engaging with customers and clients to provide prescription counter services, advice, housekeeping duties such as stock rotation and stock replenishment, helping to deliver a variety of public health services whilst gaining a pharmacy qualification.
Qualifications Required
GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.
Training to be Provided
Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 (GCSE) and Functional Skills if required.
Future Prospects
* Gain experience in retail
* Learn about over-the-counter medicines
* Assist in dispensing prescription medicines
* Order pharmaceutical stock
* Advise customers on over-the-counter medication
* Assist with minor ailments
Please note shift patterns are between Monday and Friday and there will be a rota basis on the weekend which is Saturday's 1 in 5 and Sundays 1 in 6.
