Livewire facilities offer customers access to state off the art gyms, swimming pools, tennis courts and sports pitches along with a wide range of library resources. We strive to promote a healthy lifestyle and increased participation, and we are committed to making sure that our facilities and activities are accessible to members of the community. You will be reporting directly to the Lead Livewire Advisor and working alongside customer service advisors, gym staff and co-located services within the building.
The role
The post holder will be based at the Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub. You will be required to supervise customers in the pool ensuring the safety of our pool users, equipment set ups as required, daily cleaning schedules and health and safety checks ensuring we are always operating a clean safe and friendly environment. The post holder will engage with customers to help them navigate the facility, providing information regarding the Livewire offer, supporting the provision of the library, leisure and the lifestyle services.
What's needed?
Ideally the candidate would already have their National Pool Lifeguard Qualification which includes PXB training, but for the right applicant we will pay for the NPLQ course and qualification.
Experience dealing with a range of customers and a willingness to learn.
