Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the Associate Account Manager will have experience in the audio‑visual industry and will support and pursue new rental prospects, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for both new and existing clients and demonstrate our technical services to potential customers. They will work as part of the project team to manage professional equipment rentals from enquiry through to after‑rental support and directly contribute to company turnover and business growth by supporting peers and generating income.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage touring package rental sales from start to finish, handling enquiries, preparing quotations and chasing leads
* Assist Account Handlers and team members in client‑facing roles to create detailed orders, ensuring effective delivery
* Actively pursue touring and rental projects, acquiring contracts through client liaison and remaining as first point of contact when required
* Confirm orders and instruct equipment preparation staff on the process
* Follow up and develop leads, including enquiries fielded via sales administrators, ensuring timely and positive handling
* Engage in marketing activities to promote the global brand
* Develop effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, initiate and manage customer relationships, and identify and resolve problems
* Liaise with Operations and Warehouse managers to fulfil requests
* Ensure customer service standards are maintained and continually improved
* Maintain good communications with other departments involved in or affected by project activity
* Work with the accounts department to ensure all projects are invoiced timely and appropriately
* Monitor industry pricing trends and report significant findings when appropriate
* Perform any other reasonable ad‑hoc requests as required by the manager
Essential skills / experience
* Effective administration skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to use database software is essential
* Knowledge of speaker prediction software (ArrayCal, Soundvision, Display 3) and CAD preferred
* Flexibility and adaptability, capable of multitasking while remaining calm under pressure
* Discretion and confidentiality
* Anticipate problems and find effective solutions aligned to company policies and procedures
* Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate budgets and profit potential and work toward deadlines
* Knowledge of industry standard accepted practices
Level of education
* Degree level (or equivalent) in the field of audio/AV
Work Experience
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Essential Requirements
* Right to work and remain in the UK
* Flexibility to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
* Full, clean UK driving licence
