We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to support our culinary team in delivering fresh, nutritious, and beautifully presented food in an open kitchen environment. This role offers a chance to showcase your skills, connect with residents and guests, and be part of a team that truly values quality, care, and creativity.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in:
* Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
* Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls
* Ensuring efficient section management and prep
* Interacting professionally with residents and guests in our open kitchen
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has at least 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
* Holds Food Safety Level 2 (essential)
* Has strong knowledge of HACCP and COSHH standards
* Is confident working independently and as part of a team
* Takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a warm, engaging atmosphere for diners
