Qualifications
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will…
* Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
* Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to ensure the safety of your team and visitors.
* Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
* Help organise and coordinate the team during busy service, ensuring smooth operations.
