Responsibilities: We investigate and resolve customer and internal support requests. We provide a high-quality service to both internal and external customers. We identify and solve issues alongside our Technical Services team. We provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, and infrastructure. We support and maintain Windows, Mac OSX, and Windows Server environments. We support Microsoft Hyper-V and Microsoft services including Office 365, Exchange, Azure, and SharePoint. We support on-premise and off-premise anti-spam and email security solutions. We resolve hardware and software faults. We work with networking equipment, firewalls, Wi-Fi solutions, and related infrastructure. We assist with domain-level DNS changes and fixes. We monitor and support anti-virus and anti-malware tools. We monitor and maintain client infrastructure, patching, internal networks, and broadband solutions. We monitor IT security and support administration functions. We provide excellent support, including procedural documentation and reporting. We escalate complex problems to 3rd line and on-site engineers when needed. We liaise with third-party vendors to resolve tickets. We monitor systems via RMM platforms and investigate issues. We ensure monitored backups complete successfully and resolve any issues. We manage tickets and workloads, prioritising work against targets and deadlines. We carry out remote chargeable jobs. We undertake internal and vendor training for our own professional development. We maintain accurate and concise records of all customer interactions and actions in the CRM. We maintain client confidentiality and security at all times. We perform other support duties aligned to the role or requested by management.
