Interim Children's Home Manager | Southeast England | 3 months | Day rate contract outside IR35
An experienced Interim Children's Home Manager is required to provide strong, stable leadership for a children's residential home. This is a hands-on interim assignment focused on maintaining compliance, improving outcomes for young people, and stabilising/strengthening the staff team and day-to-day operations.
Experience required:
* Proven experience managing a children's residential home as Registered Manager / Interim Manager
* Experience with EBD/SEMH, complex needs, or therapeutic models
* Strong working knowledge of ofsted and quality standards for children's homes
* Confident leading through change management in services in an interim capacity
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and confident decision-making
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* DBS must be on the update service
