This role ensures that materials, labor, tooling, and capacity are aligned with program requirements, regulatory constraints, and delivery commitments. The Scheduler works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to ensure on-time, compliant delivery of aerospace products. ' : - Build and manage production schedules for cutting-edge aerospace programs. - Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams. - Monitor timelines, flag risks, and propose proactive solutions. - Ensure schedules account for material availability, capacity, and compliance. - Drive key milestones, on-time deliveries, and smooth internal planning. - Track progress through ERP/MRP systems and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Adapt plans for engineering changes or supply chain shifts. - Join production meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement. - Keep documentation accurate and compliant with industry standards. Candidate skills & requirements ' : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Desirable - 3 years of scheduling, planning, or production control experience in aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment - Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP,) - Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, capacity planning, and material lead times - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling tools - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams : Here, we craft excellence together.
