Key Responsibilities
* Ensure pool safety and maintain a welcoming, high-standard environment for all residents and guests.
* Provide exceptional 5-star customer service at all times.
* Monitor and follow health & safety protocols, including pool testing and water safety procedures.
* Assist with poolside duties, cleaning, and general upkeep of the leisure club.
* Support front desk operations, handling guest queries, answering calls, and performing administrative tasks.
What You Need

? National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) Essential
? Experience in a 5-star leisure, hospitality, or customer service setting.
? A professional, well-presented appearance and strong customer service skills.
? Excellent verbal and written communication.
40-hour contracts available.
