Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager to join our Change team. You will be responsible for delivering a range of projects across the organisation, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of project management experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
What You’ll Do
* Plan, manage, and deliver projects in line with agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets.
* Develop project plans, schedules, and documentation to support project delivery.
* Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Lead project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
* Support change management activities to embed new processes, systems, or ways of working.
* Ensure that projects are delivered with a focus on quality, user experience, and operational impact.
* Produce clear and concise project reports, presentations, and communications.
* Identify lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Change department.
What We’re Looking For
* 2–3 years of project management experience in a professional environment.
* Use and understanding of Kanban boards within an organisation.
* Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).
* Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* High level of attention to detail and organisational ability.
* Competent in the use of Microsoft 365 applications (especially Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
* Experience working in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments.
* Formal project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, AgilePM) are an advantage but not essential.
* Experience supporting digital transformation or systems change projects.
