Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering effective HR operations:
* Manage day-to-day Employee Relations casework
* Oversee and support the HR Administrator
* Provide guidance on best practice HR processes
* Travel to hotels across the UK as required
What we're looking for
To succeed, you'll bring:
* CIPD Level 3 qualification or above, or equivalent experience
* At least two years of experience in a similar human resources advisor position

* Confidence in managing ER cases
