Duties
* Prepare detailed costings for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Procurement, Placing Orders, Payments, Payment Certifications
* Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing effective cost control measures to minimise overruns.
* Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed projects and provide recommendations based on financial analysis.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project specifications and cost implications.
* Prepare tender documentation and assist in the evaluation of bids from contractors.
* Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions related to projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Provide regular reports on project financial performance to stakeholders, highlighting any areas of concern or potential savings.
* Liaise with clients to discuss project progress and address any financial queries or concerns they may have.
