Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who thrives in a hands-on, active environment? We’re looking for a dynamic and resilient Post-16 TA to support a unique group of young people in a role that’s far from classroom-bound. About the Role: This is a long-term role for the right candidate. The role includes a wide variety of off-site activities, such as: •Gardening and farming •Travel training •Work experience placements •General outdoor learning and life skills The Young People: You’ll be working with a diverse group of students, ranging from non-verbal learners to very able individuals.
