We’re looking for an Operations Finance Specialist to join our Operations Delivery team—someone who thrives on accuracy, loves transforming numbers into actionable insights, and can confidently guide financial decisions that shape the future of technology.
What will I be doing?
o Drive strategic financial planning and evolve models to support cutting-edge technology.
o Evaluate new revenue streams and ensure commercial viability.
o Own project accounting and deliver accurate, actionable insights.
o Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports that enable informed decisions.
o Collaborate with NPL’s finance team and external stakeholders for alignment and transparency.
o Champion governance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across financial processes.
* About You
* What skills do I need?
o Strong knowledge of accounting principles and project/operational budgeting.
o Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (D365 experience is a bonus, but training is provided).
o Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to different audiences.
o Critical thinking, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to change.
o Ability to work independently while building strong cross-functional relationships, confidently engaging with technical senior stakeholders to understand business needs and provide informed recommendations based on financial analysis.
o Experience in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, including cost predictions and variance analysis.
o Stron g knowledge and practical experience with accounting codes and standards.
