Summary of Role
Client facing paralegal role, dealing with new build plot sales and delivering excellent client care, within a busy Housebuildersteam.
Key Tasks
* Conclude Plot Sale Missives - issuing pro forma missives adjusted to suit the particular plot sale deal and considering any adjustments sought by purchasing solicitors, all to point of conclusion.
* Issuing appropriate dispositions, shared equity agreements, and other documents relating to new build plot conveyancing transactions from a range of styles, to include consideration of any issues evident from builder's plot plan.
* Concluding Part Exchange Missives and examination of Part Exchange titles.
* Dealing with observations from purchasers solicitors in relation to matters particular to a range of individual sites (covering issues like factoring arrangements, road bonding, planning conditions).
* Preparing cash accounts and invoices from set styles.
* Dealing with settlements – meeting the requirements of both the builder client and purchaser's solicitors.
* Carrying out post settlement administration and dealing with general enquiries/issues.
* Interacting with other members of the team to ensure best client service and with clients directly to ensure documents issued align with agreed sale deals.
Qualifications and Experience
* Conveyancing experience essential, ideally builder development related, including drafting, disposition/plan consideration, part exchange and shared equity.
* Must have a thorough understanding of a property transaction and associated legal aspects.

* You have excellent communication skills, you are articulate, you communicate clearly, concisely and without any jargon.
* You enjoy working within a team and autonomously on your own initiative.
* You are personable and good at building and developing client relationships.
* You are confident and you have a strong belief in yourself and your own ability.
* You are committed to providing a good client experience and willing to put in extra time and effort when required
