An Application Support Analyst is now sought by a leading software Company to join their dedicated 2nd line application support team, supporting a broad customer base on a daily basis.
The role will involve picking up tickets passed by the 1st line team. Working to a 75% resolution rate the team are supported by the inhouse development team.
To be successful the Application Support Analyst will need a combination of industry knowledge and so basic technical skills.
Essential experience:
An understanding supply chain process
An understanding of warehouse and distribution process
Previous ERP support experience
A basic understanding of SQL and running SQL scripts
A basic knowledge of Linux
A basic knowledge of applications and integration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The successful Application Support Analyst will be offered a basic salary of between £30,000 to £38,000 + Company Benefits. There are excellent career prospects and training opportunities.
The role will be site based during the probation period and then will become hybrid
