CY are working exclusively with a successful and growing manufacturing business to recruit a Financial Controller.
This is a key leadership role supporting the organisation’s commercial growth strategy, offering significant exposure to strategic and operational finance within a complex, multi-site environment.
Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, the role has a broad remit, with key focus areas including:
* Leadership and development of the operational finance team
* Group reporting and KPIs
* Treasury, balance sheet control, and FX management
* Multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation
* Business partnering and commercial insight
* ERP implementation
* Capital project appraisal and statutory compliance
This is a rare opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong post-qualified experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
