Shift Details: Night position, 8 pm-8 am as and when required

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Concierge
About The Role
Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long-lasting first impression of the company while answering incoming calls and greeting visitors as well as providing high-quality service to residents.
Other Responsibilities Will Include
* Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome
* Operating the switchboard; handling both external calls and internal calls from the residents, taking and passing on messages.
* Monitoring the bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
* Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.

Our Ideal Candidate Must Have
* Experience handling telephones and/or in a customer service position
* Must be able to handle multiple priorities
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to react calmly in emergency situations and be considerate
