Key duties: * Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers. * Preparing and sending tailored quotations based on client needs. * Following up on quotes to help convert opportunities into sales. * Processing customer orders accurately and coordinating with the logistics team. * Responding to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or CRM. * Maintaining a high level of service and support for all customers. * Qualifying leads and assisting in turning them into active sales opportunities. * Keeping the CRM system updated with all customer interactions and sales activity. * Assisting with sales reports, forecasting, and updating the sales pipeline. * Taking part in team meetings and ongoing sales training.
