A bit about what you will do...
Head Porters lead by example and inspire the team by sharing their passion for creating a welcoming and personal experience for our guests.
* Ensure that guests can be treated in a warm, friendly and efficient manner through a consistent commitment to training, both on and off the job.
* Prepare rotas, timesheets and manage holidays, considering occupancy and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals and departures.
* Handle all luggage needs promptly and professionally.
* Stay knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, activities, promotions, and happenings in the local area to provide accurate information.
* Ensure timely delivery and collection of guests’ packages, messages, and letters to and from their rooms.
* Manage the luggage storage room ensuring luggage is labelled and stored neatly.
