Job Description for the Commercial Property Manager:
1. Day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties to include office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, blocks, & estates
2. Manage all health and safety and statutory compliance
3. Undertake periodic property inspections
4. Organise and manage periodic and ad-hoc maintenance and repairs
5. Liaison with landlord, tenants, contractors and other interested parties
6. Dealing with rent review & lease renewals
7. Managing interim and terminal dilapidations claims
8. Preparation and administration of service charge budgets and reconciliations
9. Working with the accounting team to manage rent collection and arrears management
For the Commercial Property Manager, it would be good to see candidates with:
10. Minimum 5 years of non-RICS qualified relevant experience considered
11. Ideally, minimum 2 years post qualification experience, AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS, Registered Valuer status useful
12. Full driving licence
13. Clean Professional Indemnity record
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
