Overview
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll play a vital role in our fire safety remediation and recladding projects, serving as the key connection between our team and the residents affected by our work. You'll create a supportive environment for residents while ensuring project milestones are met smoothly and efficiently.
What will you be responsible for?
* Building trusted relationships with residents, serving as their first point of contact for queries and concerns
* Coordinating with project teams to align resident engagement with project schedules
* Keeping residents informed about upcoming works and safety protocols
* Managing access arrangements and ensuring resident safety throughout the project
* Maintaining detailed records and producing reports on resident interactions
What are we looking for?
* You have experience in a similar customer‑focused role in housing or construction
* You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You're organised and can manage your own workload while adapting to changing priorities
* You're comfortable using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* You have a supportive and caring approach to helping others through potentially stressful situations
