Facilities Assistant
Award-winning UK law firm renowned for its litigation expertise is recruiting a well-organised Facilities Assistant to join its London office on a permanent basis.
* Salary up to £33,500
* Office-based

Reporting to the Head of Facilities, the successful candidate will support general office and reprographics duties, including:
* Sorting, scanning, and delivering incoming and outgoing post
* Booking local, national, and international couriers
* Assisting in setting up meeting rooms, video conferencing, and moving/rebuilding operable walls
* Coordinating with security for contractor and delivery access
* Preparing court bundles, burning CDs, binding, and laminating documents
* Monitoring stationery supplies and managing orders with approval
Requirements:
* 6+ months’ experience in professional services or a law firm in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
* Strong attention to detail and workload management skills
