We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. Duties
* Assist in food preparation and meal assembly under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen manager.

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
* Support the serving team during busy periods by helping with plating and serving meals.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
* Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages.
Experience
* Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
* Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary skills will be advantageous.
