We are seeking a Membership Manager to join their team in Bracknell. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will contribute to the growth, value, and sustainability of the organisation's membership offering. Membership Manager Role: As a Membership Manager, you will support the delivery of the strategic membership plan and wider organisational objectives. You will manage member relationships, drive revenue, enhance engagement, and play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting membership benefits. Membership Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage membership accounts and deliver full-cycle account management Support leadership in delivering strategic membership initiatives Write content for newsletters, bulletins, and website platforms Support digital membership systems including CRM, portals, and automation Drive new membership sales and upselling to meet revenue targets Attend exhibitions and events to promote the organisation's membership Collaborate across teams to optimise services and secure sponsorship opportunities Maintain accurate member records and ensure quality compliance standards are met What They Are Looking For: Essential: 3 years' experience in a commercial membership management, business development or similar Senior-level experience in a membership organisation Proven experience in selling a service into businesses using a consultative approach Excellent relationship-building, project management, and communication skills Commercial awareness with a proactive sales mindset Skilled in stakeholder engagement, networking, and events coordination IT proficiency including CRM and content management systems Ability to travel across the UK - full UK driving licence required Desirable: Knowledge of the built environment sector Membership Manager Key Attributes: Confident communicator and team collaborator Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities If you're ready to take on a varied and rewarding role as a Membership Manager, we'd love to hear from you.
