Responsibilities
* Administer adviser policies and process requests, including answers to queries, complaints, and account set‑ups.
* Support a variety of business areas such as new clients’ pensions, investments, money‑in, money‑out, transfers and other departments.
* Prepare letters and other financial documents with excellent attention to detail.
* Ensure all adviser requests are processed within the agreed Service Level Agreements, efficiently and professionally via phone and email.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and services to deliver the most appropriate outcomes for advisers.
Qualifications
* Previous administrative experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
* Adept in verbal and written communication, accurately recording and interpreting report data.
* A proactive approach with problem‑solving skills and a commitment to consistently delivering high‑quality work.
