With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join their team on a high-profile HS2 project in Aylesbury. This is a long-term opportunity offering 2–3 years of consistent work for the right candidate. Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising bulk earthworks operations on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and proven experience managing large-scale earthmoving activities.
