Fixed Term – 6 Months (with view to go permanent)
Full Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
Are you passionate about patient care and looking to take your dental career in a new direction? We're looking for a friendly, organised, and confident Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our supportive team across our Morpeth and Darras Hall practices.
This is a campus-based role covering both sites – variety guaranteed!
About the Role:
1. 6-month fixed-term contract, with a strong intention to become permanent
2. Monday to Friday – No weekends or late nights!
3. You’ll play a key role in the patient journey – supporting consultations, explaining treatment plans, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient

About You:
5. Experience in dentistry (nursing or practice coordination background preferred)
6. Excellent communication and organisational skills

8. Flexible to work across both Morpeth and Darras Hall sites

Treatment Coordinator responsibilities
9. Communicate with patients and provide support throughout their patient journey
10. Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
11. Record and monitor all implant referrals to the practice
12. Managing diary appointments and treatment schedules
13. Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices
14. Co-ordinating meetings, educational programmes, study days, and open evenings
15. Reception duties
Skills and experience
16. Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
17. Strong communication and organisational skills
18. Previous administrative experience
19. Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
20. Dental nursing experience desirable
