Responsibilities
* Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a very varied caseload, to include Cardiac MRI
* Work with leading practitioners and experience new practices, equipment and facilities.
* Supervise and develop junior staff members.
* Provide a service of the highest quality, delivered with sensitivity and compassion.
* Provide an out-of-hours CT / MRI on-call service.
Qualifications
* High levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately, with a great eye for detail.
* A caring nature - to see each patient as an individual and carry out this role with understanding and empathy.
* BSc degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* Postgraduate qualification in CT or MRI, ideally MRI
* Post‑registration experience relevant to the role.
* Excellent communication and team working abilities.
* Cardiac MRI experience will be preferred and an advantage with regards to selection for interview.
