The Role
:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
1. Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people in our care.
2. Support with daily routines, household tasks, and meal preparation.
3. Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies.
4. Transport young people to school, medical appointments, and activities.
5. Act as a positive role model, setting clear boundaries and building trust.
6. Help young people develop life skills, including managing finances.
7. Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
8. Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins (1–2 per week).

Important Information
30. You must hold a full UK licence - we are unable to consider none drivers
31. Sleep-ins are required (average 1–2 per week).

34. This is a full time, permanent contract based on 40 hours a week.
