We provide catering for local golf clubs plus frequent event nights and external catering. This role will mostly be based at Fereneze Golf Club.
Responsibilities:
- Taking the full responsibility of the kitchen when needed
* Food production and preparation
* Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
* Supervise and train kitchen staff in culinary techniques and procedures
* Create and develop new seasonal menu items
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
* Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
* Monitor food quality and presentation
* Ensure a clean and organised work environment
Skills:
