Weekend Lettings Assistant
Glyn School is seeking an enthusiastic Weekend Lettings Assistant to support the smooth running of our Astro facility at Priest Hill.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for opening and closing the site, welcoming and supporting users, overseeing equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. A friendly, professional manner is essential.
About You
* Experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential
* Knowledge of sports facilities/lettings is an advantage
* Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
* Strong communication skills
* Basic maintenance skills and willingness to learn

* Start Date: TBC
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 13.5 hrs (Sat 11am–9pm, Sun 4pm–8pm, all year)
* Salary: Actual £8,869.13–£9,606.75 (FTE £23,651–£25,618)
* Closing Date: Monday 8 December, 9.30am
