Role and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound telesales to engage SME businesses, securing authorization to assist them in switching or agreeing to a new energy or water contract (full training provided).
2. Drive results using targeted data provided.
3. Establish and nurture a pipeline of potential clients.
4. Utilize our in-house CRM system effectively.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
6. Collaborate closely with acquisition account managers.
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in B2B sales.
2. Industry knowledge in the Energy sector is preferred but not essential.
3. Customer-focused approach.
4. Excellent telephone manner.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
6. Adaptability to new CRM systems and processes.
7. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
8. Ethical conduct and compliance commitment.
9. Ability to explain and educate customers about energy, utility, and card processing needs.
