About you…

1. are highly motivated and genuinely enjoy talking to wide variety of people
2. have excellent interpersonal skills, with a naturally warm and friendly style
3. have natural empathy with people who are struggling with their weight
4. have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload while working effectively as part of a busy team
5. have experience working with and are skilled at using computers including information management systems and Microsoft Office packages.
Having previous experience in telephone support or a customer service role is desirable but not essential.
Although the hours for the role are fixed, there may be times where we ask for flexibility to work across our core opening hours between 9am-6pm. Flexibility will also be required around annual leave and bank holidays.
