Contracts Manager – Residential Development Location: West Sussex Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits An established residential developer is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a number of housing developments across West Sussex and the surrounding area. This is a senior role responsible for managing multiple live sites and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality. The successful candidate will have proven experience operating at Contracts Manager level within a residential housebuilding environment. The role Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for the overall delivery and performance of several residential developments. You will work closely with Site Managers and build teams to ensure projects meet programme targets, quality standards and health and safety requirements.
