Job Description
Senior or Associate Structural Engineer.
Are you an experienced buildings structural engineer ready for a new challenge at a senior level?
We are an ambitious early-stage business, expected to grow to 20–30 structural staff. As a small company, you will have a significant impact on shaping the company and delivering projects.
Founded three years ago with backing from a larger firm, we are financially stable. Our staff count is five, including two Directors, one reputable Chartered leader, and a sister business of fifteen staff sharing the same office space with convenient parking near the Overground station.
Projects range from £5–£40 million+, including car showrooms, steel frames, refurbs, traditional RC frames, new‑build blocks of flats, commercial, industrial and leisure buildings. We do not target the small residential project market.
We seek an ambitious and dynamic candidate, ideally holding an MIStructE or MICE qualification, with experience in all aspects of building design, capable of running projects and mentoring junior staff. Excellent communication skills are essential. Fast‑track promotional prospects may be available.
