About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Team Leader to oversee the delivery, exchange, and retrieval of wheeled bins and waste containers across our service area. You will lead a small operational team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a team carrying out wheeled bin and container deliveries and collections
* Plan daily workloads, routes, and schedules
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
* Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards
* Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and customer queries
* Carry out on-site checks and provide hands-on support when required
* Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting
* Support training and development of team members
About You
1. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (waste, logistics, distribution, or manual services desirable)
