Location: Stickney just outside of Boston (Own transport needed)
Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 Months)

Working Pattern: Full Time - 37 hours per week - flexible working hours

About the Role
Are you passionate about education and skilled in managing data and examinations? We're looking for a motivated and organised Data & Exams Officer to join our team for a 12‑month maternity cover contract.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our management information systems and the full examinations cycle, helping us maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and student support.

Key Responsibilities:
MIS Administration
Maintain and develop the school's MIS platform.
Input, update, and manage data to support a fully integrated student database.
Set up staff accounts and access rights.
Attend relevant training and deliver internal MIS training to staff.Data & Reporting
Produce reports and analysis from the MIS for a range of audiences.
Accurately record all student categories and update records as needed.
Liaise with SLT on timetable changes and class list amendments.
Prepare systems for each new academic year, including curriculum assignments.
Support the Leadership Team in generating data that informs targets and raises achievement.Examination Coordination
Check and process all exam entries in line with exam board deadlines.
Manage secure storage and distribution of all exam materials.
Prepare documentation for exams, including attendance registers and special consideration forms.
Collect, store, and transfer exam results securely.
Organise internal assessments and manage exam invigilators.
Prepare and issue certificates for presentation events.
