Matters handled by the team typically include acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant issues, and bridging finance - with particular involvement in the hospitality, retail, and leisure sectors. The firm places strong emphasis on business development, so the Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to attend networking events, contribute to client newsletters, and help drive departmental growth. There will also be significant client contact, so a confident, professional manner is key. The Commercial Property Solicitor To be considered for this role, you should have: Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales Solid experience in handling commercial property transactions, ideally including bridging finance.
